2003
Adam, our director, graduated from Massey University in Palmerston North with Majors in Computer Science and E-Commerce.
2004
Adam started working remotely for his first US-based corporate client.
2006
Adam and his team developed the first Japanese used cars auction portal for New Zealand customers. By linking the portal to all major Japanese auctions, the client was able to add over 120,000 auction vehicles to their website every week. Therefore, Kiwis could bid and import these cars directly from Japan.
2010
Committed to providing the best website solution to his clients and helping them better advertise on Google, Adam sat and passed the Google AdWords Certification.
2011
Kiwi Website Design was born this year. Since then, we’ve dedicated ourselves to helping our clients succeed in everything digital, from websites, SEO, PPC to software and apps.
2012
We achieved our first important milestone with the development of our 50th website.
2013
We were officially recognised as a Certified Google Partner.
2015
Kiwi Website Design developed Ezymigrate, the first-ever cloud-based CRM system, for New Zealand Licensed Immigration Advisors.
2016
We celebrated another major milestone with the development of our 1,000th website.
2017
In 2017, we reached another significant milestone. We spent over $1 million on Google AdWords campaigns for our clients.
2018
We took a giant leap across the Tasman Sea and successfully opened an Australian branch, Outsource NZ Ltd.

In 2021, we rebranded our name to KWD and expanded our business as a full-service digital agency in Perth, Australia. We are a tight-knit, fast-growing team of in-house talents, including UX/UI designers, web developers, SEO specialists, full-stack software and app developers, business strategists and digital marketers. As I completed my study in Computer Science and E-Commerce back in the early 2000s, I wanted to build my career in website design and development. After working as a freelancer for some years, I started Kiwi Website Design in 2011 with a small team of web designers and developers, which has now rebranded to KWD as we become a full-service digital agency offering everything digital from website design & development, SEO, and PPC, to social media advertising, software and app development.
I’m always ready for a new challenge. Leading a team of 50+ close-knit, hand-picked digital experts, I know exactly what it takes to grow from a small local business to a digital agency that operates in Australia and New Zealand.
My expertise lies not only in the development of creative websites, software and digital campaigns but also in providing end-to-end digital solutions and a fully supported customer journey in order to become the partner that my clients can rely upon.

Here at KWD, my passion is understanding your business and building the right technology solution for you. Whether it’s as simple as a website, generating leads online or something more bespoke like a purpose-built application.
Before joining the fantastic team at KWD, I worked with several leading digital marketing agencies, delivering successful campaigns and digital solutions for SMBs and SMEs. Prior to that, I started my career in technology working as an IT security and server-based computing consultant working closely with the finance industry and central government to secure critical systems and data. Having studied economics and marketing at university, I combine my keen interest in business with my love of technology.
I pride myself on my ability to connect with anyone and understand their needs, having laser focus to solve problems and the integrity to deliver value and results without compromise.

My role in the business is mainly helping to figure out ways to make the bright ideas that the rest of the team come up with happen so that we can keep moving forwards, rather than getting stuck doing things the same way all the time.
Sometimes this involves me helping bring even more capable people into the team with new skills and abilities.
One of the things I learned during my time at KWDis that there are lots of people around who are much smarter than I am, and it’s surprising how often people can come up with their own answers if there’s someone around like me who is patient enough to listen to them think things through.
These days I love getting to help grow the business by putting together a group of smart people who make some special magic happen every day.
Another thing I find satisfying is making spreadsheets and then spending time trying to understand what they are telling me, which might seem very strange to most people.

I first joined KWD as a Senior Content Writer, in charge of content creation for websites and SEO writing. However, my true passion lies in creating digital marketing strategies that empower businesses’ social media and online presence. Fortunately for me, KWD is in a growth stage where it is constantly looking for new talents and needs a Digital Marketing Manager to work on its branding and marketing strategies.
Leveraging my knowledge from my Master’s study in personalised advertising on social media, I have an intuitive understanding of how social media advertising works together with other marketing efforts to enhance a brand’s digital presence and attract high converting traffic.
When I’m not busy creating compelling content and engaging ad creatives for my clients, I am searching for innovative ways to attract more customers online and telling them about the amazing works our team do.
Working at KWD has allowed me to discover new things about digital marketing every day. Why? Because the digital world is changing fast, and we continually upskill ourselves to excel in providing the best service in the industry.
